The most recent version of TunePat products incorporates new technology that is incompatible with macOS 10.14 or earlier platforms in order to improve product development.

If this prevents you from using the TunePat software, here are some solutions:

1. Upgrade your macOS to Mac 10.15 or a later version. The most recent version is advised.

2. Switch to a machine running Windows, and our support staff will assist you in changing the license.

Sometimes due to network connection and our server error, you may receive the error message when trying to update the program within the app. In this case, please simply go to our download center to download and install the latest setup file of the program.

Make sure you are using the Add from local computer module and not the Add from Audible library module if you want to keep audiobooks organized by chapter. This feature is not supported by the latter.

Additionally, the format of the file you import from your local folder must be AAX, not AA. For the time being, per-chapter retention is not enabled for AA format source files.

Go to the Settings screen when an AAX file has been imported successfully. The output format must be set to "Original", "M4A", or "M4B". Chapter-by-chapter retention of audiobooks is not supported if MP3 was chosen as the output format.

Finally, you must click the Advanced Settings button on the right side, as seen in the picture below, before you can begin the conversion. Check the "Split by chapters" box there.

Audiobooks generally have long lengths and large sizes. If you don't want the output audiobooks to take up too much space on your device, go to Menu > Settings on TunePat, and select "Small Size" in the Quality section. When you choose "Original" under Output Format, TunePat will convert audiobooks with the original quality saved.

If the above solutions still cannot fix your problems, please provide the following information to our support team via [email protected]. We will reply to your message within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on the weekend. And we will submit your feedback to our developers and inform you if the solution is available.

1. Which OS (Windows or Mac) are you using?

2. What is the output format you choose?

3. Did the problem happen to a certain file or to all files?

4. Please send us the log files. You can find them by going to the program, click the Menu button (on the upper right corner) > Open log file. You will see a logs folder, please send us all the files in this folder.

All subscription plans (except for the lifetime plan) we provided are automatically renewed by default. If you want to cancel the renewal subscription, you can cancel it at any time before the renewal date. (Please rest assured that you will receive a notification before renewal.)

Method 1: You can view and manage your subscription order by yourself. Once you've successfully subscribed to TunePat, you'll receive an email titled "Thank you for subscribing to TP xxx". At the bottom of the email, you'll find a "View your subscription" button. Click on it to go to the order management interface, where you can cancel your order if necessary.

Method 2: If you encounter any difficulties managing your subscription, you can contact our customer service support team via email, and we'll assist you in the background. Our email address is [email protected].

After the cancellation, you will not be charged starting from the next subscription period.

We use Stripe as our e-commerce service, which fully supports any popular payment method, such as credit card, bank transfer, and more.

In this case, you can contact our support team to switch your license to the right product by providing your order info. Or you can directly go ahead to purchase the correct product and then contact us to refund the wrong order for you.

We only charge the price as listed on the product page. The extra part of the price you paid should be the tax fees due to different countries and regions.

In order to meet people's needs and provide a better service, TunePat offers 4 subscription plans. Below are something should be informed:

1. There are 4 types of subscription plans for your choice (1 month/ 3 month/1 year/ Lifetime). Your plan will determine how long you can use the program.

2. If you purchase a 1-month, 3-month, or 1-year subscription, to ensure the service, the two license types will auto-renew after 1 month or 1 year. If you don't need it anymore, you can cancel the next subscription at any time.

3. Each license can be used on one PC only.

Generally speaking, once the order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the payment platform. After that, you will receive another e-mail with registration code info immediately. If you don't get the mail in time, please check the spam folder in case it's rejected by your mail system. Otherwise please contact our support team directly.
